Triple G

Triple G the yummy tummy cookie, one version is made with Gluren Free Flour and the other is made with Spelt flour, fresh and organic spices, a natural sweetener (Agave), and 3 levels of ginger the herb for a happy tummy.

 

Ciao Italia ~ Biscotti

This formula is from a historic Italian Cookbook. I met this cookie for the first time on a warm afternoon in Ravenna, Italy in a gorgeous piazza, it was served with a glass of VinSoto. After one bite and a sip of the golden bubbly, Yours Truly and my Italian dictionary took off for the kitchen. After much BEGGING here it is. It is not hard, crunchy or tasteless. It does best made from white wheat flour, however, a gluten free formula is in development. The Spelt flour and Gluten Free flour formulas are progressing--It is twice baked yet soft and chewy, great for dunking. I have developed 24 tastes and formulas (golden basic dough or chocolate dough with dried fruits, a variety of nuts, coatings, and special spices).  NEW! just in. See photo below of Chocolate-Almond-Spelt flour Biscotti (dark chocolate frosted,  white chocolate frosted, and plain).


 

Gluten Free - Low Sugar Cream Bar

This cookie came from a friend's recipe. It has a light golden oatmeal crust, a jelly layer, and a baked cream topping. It is Gluten Free, Low Sugar, and Low Cal. It is available in four flavors, raspberry, blackberry, apricot, or grape. It is Most Notable for its blend of: fruit, cream, crumch, and just enough sweet for a lingering taste.

 

Ooh La La French Pecan Shortbread
A typical French short bread dough of butter and wheat flour (gluten free under development) with pecan flour and pecan pieces baked at a gentle temp and bathed in powdered sugar to create the white frosty look and a lightly sweet taste. Keeps really well in the fridge.

 

Gluten Free ~ Sugar Free Cookie

No wheat, no granulated sugar but a buttery sugary taste from rice flour, oats and Agave, light and lemony.

 

Cranberry-Walnut Sugar Cookie
Traditional sugar cookie texture with dried cranberries and walnuts, great anytime of day alone or with tea. Currently made from wheat flour until the new formula works.

 

Southern Belle

Coconut, pecans, butter, and wheat flour are traditions of the South, they make this cookie a rave in the Summer with Lemonade or Aqua Frecas.

 

Hawaiian Hulas

What could be more better than white chocolate, macadamias, and coconut bouncing around in your mouth?  This cookie is delicious on its own or with fruit juice, lemonade, wine, or other golden beverages (Currently made with wheat flour but Gluten Free fast approaching).

  

Fruit and Nut Muffins ~ Blueberry ~ Cranberry ~ Pecan~Almond~ Sugar Free Muffins

These muffins are an anytime snack or great breakfast. Blueberries are known for their antioxidant values and cranberries are known for their high levels of vitamin C. They freeze well and travel well.

 

Kate's Kids Energy Bars ~ are for people on the go that want a gluten free breakfast.  Grab and go with walnuts, almonds, oats, dried cranberries, dates, dried apricots, mixed with honey and flavorings.
